How to order
- Choose colors and grades in our online catalog (in Spanish, with photos and prices) or send us your palette on WhatsApp in English.
- Confirm quantities and delivery date. Minimum 10 stems per color; each color travels in its own box.
- Pay by bank transfer to our Colombian account (Bancolombia). No Colombian account? Message us before ordering.
- Receive and hydrate. Cut 2–3 cm off each stem and place in deep, cool water for at least 4 hours before designing.
How many stems do you need?
General guidance many designers use, always adjusted to your design: a low centerpiece takes 3–5 Extra or Super Select stems (or 1–2 Jumbo), a tall centerpiece 7–12 stems, an arch or structure 25–60 Select stems, and a bridal bouquet 5–9 Mini H stems combined with other flowers. Yes. San Isidro sells hydrangeas directly from our farm in La Ceja, Antioquia, to planners, designers and florists working on events anywhere in Colombia. You order online or by WhatsApp in English and we ship the flowers to your city with Coordinadora Mercantil.
How long does delivery take inside Colombia?
Orders confirmed before 10:00 a.m. Colombia time ship the same day. Transit is set by Coordinadora Mercantil and depends on the city: usually next business day to Medellín, 1–2 business days to Bogotá and Cali, and 2–3 business days to Cartagena and the Caribbean coast.
What is the minimum order?
10 stems per color. You can combine colors and grades in the same order; each color travels in its own box.
How much do hydrangeas cost per stem?
Our 2026 prices in Colombia go from COP 1,000 per stem (Mini H, natural) to COP 5,200 (Jumbo, tinted). Each color shows its price in the online catalog. Freight is paid on delivery to the carrier.
How do I pay if I don't have a Colombian bank account?
Payment is by bank transfer to our Colombian account (Bancolombia). If you don't have a Colombian account, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
